Description
Your responsibilities will include fieldwork such as tillage, planting, harvesting, and trucking to assist with our 2000 acres during cropping season, and fence line clearing, building cleanups and maintaining and repairing our fleet of John Deere equipment in the off season.
Position Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, plus every other Saturday (7-hour workday)
- Sundays off
- Additional work hours required during planting and harvest seasons, including longer hours and weekend work

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience operating modern farming equipment (JD tractors, air seeder, front end loaders, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined
