PARKING LOT CLOSURE
Friday September 20th @ 9:00PM - Saturday September 21st @ 8:00PM
On campus student parking will be unavailable on Saturday September 21 due to the Hot Rods for Hospice event. Student vehicles must be moved from all campus parking lots by 9pm on Friday September 20th and may use the Ridgetown District High School Parking Lot on Harold Street until 8pm Saturday September 21st.

Student Parking on Campus
- Students are required to register their vehicle if parking on campus
- Passes are available for 3 designated parking lots
Register and Purchase a Pass
- Passes are available for purchase during textbook sales in September and May
- At any other time: passes can be purchased in Pestell Reception
- Daily or weekly parking registration and payment is in Pestell Reception

Vehicle and Parking Regulations
Vehicles and their contents are left here entirely at owner or driver risk. The University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus will not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
1. All students, whether living on or off campus must register their vehicle. Vehicle registration includes paying the registration fee, providing vehicle license plate numbers and receiving a colour coded parking tag (not required for daily & weekly parking, your license plate number is your registration). Vehicles not registered are subject to a $15 fine and/or removal of vehicle at the owner's expense.
2. Students, whether living on or off campus, are not authorized to park in any other campus parking lots.
3. Parking Fees (2024/2025):
- Vet Tech Lot: $330/year
- Willson Hall & RDC Lot: $330/year (limited to 125 spots)
- Steckley Hall Lot: $330/year (limited to 65 spots)
- Mitton House or Brien House: $330/year
- Daily Parking, Vet Tech Lot: $5
- Weekly Parking, Vet Tech Lot: $20
- Summer Term, Vet Tech Lot: $190
- Dairy Herdsperson Apprenticeship, Vet Tech Lot: $75
4. Parking and Driving Fines: Students will be subject to fines should any of the following occur: illegal parking, careless driving, speeding, leaving roadways, failing to obey traffic signs
5. The foregoing regulations are effective upon your arrival
6. Parking fines are a minimum $15 per ticket.
7. New license plate numbers must be registered immediately. Students needing to register or change vehicle information should do so in Reception, Pestell Student Services Building.
8. Students requiring a temporary parking pass may purchase one in Reception, Pestell Student Services Building.
9. Replacement tags (lost/misplaced) can be purchased for $10 in Reception, Pestell Student Services Building.
